SHIPPING


Orders are packed and shipped five days a week. Orders placed on the weekend will be shipped the following business day. Most orders are shipped 24-48 hours from the order date. Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed and may be affected by hazardous weather or other unforeseen circumstances.

Standard Shipping | varies based on location
Standard delivery usually arrives within 3-7 business days from the shipped date, excluding holidays. Please allow 1-2 business days processing time.

Standard delivery to Alaska, Hawaii and P.O. Boxes usually arrives 5-12 business days from the shipped date, excluding holidays.

Undeliverable Orders
Any orders received back to our warehouse as undeliverable, for any reason such as incorrect addresses, or not responding to notices left by carriers, will sadly be processed as a return, minus the actual outbound and return shipping charges, if and when they are received back to our warehouse.

Lost Packages

Hello Mello is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once your package leaves our facility, we no longer have control over your package. We do not offer refunds on lost or stolen packages. You can submit a claim online for a missing packages through the carrier.


 RETURNS


Hello Mello will honor returns for orders placed on our website within 30 days of the original purchase date for a full refund. To be eligible, items must be returned in brand new unused condition, with all original product packaging (including tags). 

  • Original order shipping charges will NOT be refunded.
  • The cost of any return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
  • We are not responsible for your return until it is received at our distribution center. We recommend that you provide a tracking number to us for reference.
  • Expect the return process to take 14 business days after it has been delivered to our facility.

To initiate a return please contact customer service at support@hellomello.com. We inspect all returned items and reserve the right to deny a return based on the condition.

Once we have processed your return, we’ll issue your refund, less any applicable charges, to your credit card. 

If you receive an item other than what you ordered, or if the item appears to be defective, damaged or missing please reach out to customer service directly at support@hellomello.com or call us at 1-877-888-0297 and we will be happy to assist you.

If you purchased a product directly from our website and it is found to be defective within 30 days of purchase, please email customer service at support@hellomello.com. Please note that the item must be unused. In the email, please include a detailed description of the quality issue, multiple photos of the item and your order number. If you purchased from another retailer, please contact them directly for assistance.


EXCHANGES


If you need a different size, color, or product please return your item(s) for a refund and place a new order at your convenience.

If you received a Hello Mello item as a gift or purchased it from another retailer and would like to return or exchange it.  Please reach out to the retailer from which you purchased the item from.  We cannot offer returns or exchanges for items that were not purchased on our website.
